Why are all my staff now showing 0 Days available for next year?
When your company year passes, for example if your year is set to January-December, from the 1st January you have entered your "New Calendar Year".
At this time, what was "Next Year's" numbers and balances become "This Year's" and the values for Next Year will be zero (0) or n/a, until you edit staff members' allowances to have their new allowance amount for next year.
How to manage staff allowances in bulk
In order to manage staffing allowances in bulk instead of individually, you can follow these steps:
- Login to your WhosOff account.
- Click on the "Administration" tab.
- Under Staff Administration, click on "Bulk Leave Balance Administration".
- From the resulting screen, you will be able to quickly set the allowance for staff members (remaining allowance) for this year and next year.
